% 02.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the answer to the two questions i.e., question No. 34 and question No. 62 shall be referred again to an expert; this expert may not be same expert who had given his report qua the aforenoted two questions in the last evaluation. The expert / expert committee shall submit its report and communicate to the petitioner within a period of 10 days. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, her remedy is kept open. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
