W.P.(CRL) 2070/2017 The petitioner, who is the complainant of FIR No.1363/2015 dated 10.09.2015 (P.S. Vasant Vihar) instituted for offences under Sections 498A and 406 of the IPC, is not satisfied with the pace/ manner of the investigation. A prayer therefore has been made to transfer the investigation of the aforesaid FIR to the Crime Branch. A further prayer has been made for taking of disciplinary action against the IO of this case, who hitherto has been investigating the case and he, allegedly, has now gone in collusion with

the accused persons of this case.

Mr. Jamal Akhtar on behalf of Ms. Richa Kapoor, learned ASC, on instructions, submits that the IO of this case has already been changed and now the investigation has been entrusted to SI Amit Solanki, who is present in the court.

It is expected that the investigation of the aforesaid case will be taken up in right earnest shall be brought to its logical conclusion as early as possible.
