The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the implementation of the order dated 22.05.2017 passed by the Disciplinary Committee, Delhi Medical Council holding the petitioner guilty of medical negligence and directing removal of her name from the Medical Register for a period of 180 days be kept in abeyance till the petitioner's appeal before the MCI (respondent no.3) is heard and decided. 3.

It is stated that although the petitioner has preferred an appeal, the

same is unlikely to be heard within a period of 30 days. 4.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the punitive measure imposed by the Delhi Medical Council would not be implemented till the disposal of the petitioner's appeal before the MCI and would be subject to any order passed in the said appeal.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 6.
