The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(a) Pass a writ in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent i.e.

Collector of stamp to expeditiously adjudicate the reference vide Notice no. F22/IMP/COS/DEF/COL/2016/7326, dated 22.09.2016 under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Delhi Stamp (Prevention of Under Valuation of Instruments) Rules, 2007 and assess the actual Stamp Duty to be paid on the actual market value of the Plot bearing no. 66A, Friends Colony (East), New Delhi-110065, admeasuring 1100 Sq. Yds. after considering the entire

evidences and reply filed by the Petitioner along with further clarification required, if any. "

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice submits, on instructions, that the respondent would adjudicate the reference and pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law. Needless to state that the adjudication shall also be as per procedure established in accordance with law.

No further orders are required to be passed. The petition is disposed of.
