The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.747/2014, under Sections 370/376/374 IPC, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 26 of the J.J. Act. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.09.2014 and the trial is not proceeding with. In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the present application is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
