% 12.04.2018 During the course of arguments, Mr.Anil Kohli, power of attorney holder on behalf of all the partners of defendant no.1-firm states that the defendant no.1 would like to surrender the domain name 'bhartiglobal.com' to the plaintiffs.

The statement/undertaking made by Mr.Anil Kohli is accepted by this Court and defendant no.1 is held bound by the same. It is pertinent to mention that learned counsel for defendant no.2 on 22nd November, 2017 had given an undertaking/assurance to this Court that defendant no.2 would comply with any direction or order passed by this Court.

Consequently, this Court directs the defendant no.2 to act in accordance with the statement/undertaking given by Mr.Anil Kohli and transfer the domain name to the plaintiffs. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet accordingly.

In view thereof, present suit and the applications stand disposed of.
