% 01.09.2017 The main grievance in this writ petition is against the Delhi Police, who, as per the prayer, is not allowing the petitioner to vend, despite the permission having been granted by the DDA.

In view of the Status Report which has been filed by the Delhi Police, more particularly para 6 thereof, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

At this stage, Mr. Sanjeev Sabharwal, learned Standing Counsel for the DDA, submits that the permission granted to the petitioner has been cancelled during the pendency of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would seek such remedy as available in

accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
