It is submitted by Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned ASG that an order dated 29th August, 2017 has been passed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the Government of India which has substantially granted the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition. 2.
It is submitted by Mr. Gaurav Sarin, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11th September, 2017 to the respondents which deserves to be W.P.(C) 11361/2016
considered. It is submitted that if the respondents are so directed, the petitioner would withdraw this writ petition with liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this court in case he is aggrieved by the decision taken thereof.

In view thereof, this writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to consider the representation dated 11th September, 2017 made by the petitioner. The order passed thereon may be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken, it shall be open for the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this court by way of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
