% 24.01.2017 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that petitioner has already filed a bail application before the trial court, which is pending adjudication and listed on 27th January, 2017. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said application is under Section 437 (6) of Cr.P.C. He seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach this Court depending upon the outcome of petitioner's application before the trial court.

Accordingly, present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn. Dasti.
