LPA 462/2017 Learned counsel for the respondents has appeared on advance notice. Mr. Gupta submits that the case is now coming up before the learned Single Judge on 18.07.2017. He submits that though the same has been ordered to be listed on the said date for direction, in view of urgency in the

case the appellant shall endeavour to press the writ petition for hearing. He submits that the Division Bench of this Court has already expedited the hearing of the petition vide order dated 13.02.2017 passed in LPA No.101/2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that on the next date before the learned Single Judge, i.e. on 18.07.2017, the respondents shall be ready & willing to proceed with the arguments in the case and shall not seek any adjournment on the ground that the said date has been fixed only "for directions".
