W.P.(C) 5840/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.12.2016 vide which his application seeking shifting of his institute from the place where it was functioning to the new place had been rejected; this was largely for the reason that the BCC (Building Completion Certificate) related documents were not placed before the said respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved. Submission is that his case has been singled out from 350 cases; which was by the SubCommittee of the respondent. That apart the BCC related documents have now been procured by him and the same have been handed over to the respondent in the month of May, 2017 but the same are not

being considered by the respondent.

On advance notice respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that after the rejection order had been passed on 12.15.2016 the case of the petitioner can only be considered by the respondent in the next meeting of the Sub-Committee of the respondent. It is pointed out that the next meeting of the SubCommittee of the respondent is probably scheduled in the month of July, 2017.

This petition is disposed of treating as representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same shall be considered in accordance with law in the meeting of the Sub-Committee of the respondent which is stated to be scheduled in the month of July, 2017. The BCC related documents which the petitioner has placed on record shall be considered in accordance with law.
