This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that Directorate of Education or its nominee will examine the issue as to what would be the monetary pay package of the petitioner pursuant to the judgment of this Court dated 29.4.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5189/201 and as upheld by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 29.10.2015 in LPA No. 353/2015 and SLP against which judgment was dismissed on 12.2.2016.

The Directorate of Education and its nominee will give hearing to the parties and after giving hearing pass a speaking order, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, and the said order be communicated to the parties.
