% 01.02.2018 Crl.M.A. 19362/2017 By this application the applicant/ respondent No.3 sought verification of the Nikahnama produced by the petitioners. A status report has been handed-over which is taken on record. As per the status report the Nikahnama filed by the petitioners has been verified to be genuine.

W.P.(CRL) 1934/2017 By this petition the petitioners have sought directions for protection. Petitioners who are also present in Court state that they are major and have married of their own free will. The fact of petitioners being major has been verified.

Since the petitioners are major and have married of their own free will and volition, respondent No.3 and other family members are directed not to interfere in their happy married life. SHO PS Jamia Nagar is directed to provide protection to the petitioners through beat staff and in case of any specific complaint by the petitioners, action thereon be taken in accordance with law.
