% 01.04.2019 Mr.C. Mohan Rao, advocate who filed the present petition and thereafter moved an application vide CM APPLN. 15181/2018 whereby sought withdrawal of Vakalatnama and got discharge from the case. Accordingly, vide order dated 18.04.2018, he was discharged and Registry was directed to issue court notice to the petitioner. As per the service report, the petitioner is not staying at the given address and he is shifted at some other place without leaving any address of the subsequent address.

Accordingly, it would be difficult for the Registry to serve the petitioner.

Since none has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner from the last three consecutive dates and same is the position today, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested to prosecute the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for nonprosecution as well. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J APRIL 01, 2019 ab
