3. The Assessee has filed this appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ('Act') challenging the order dated 1st November, 2016 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ('ITAT') in ITA No. 4450/Del/2015 for Assessment Year ('AY') 2009-2010.

4. By the impugned order, the ITAT has remanded the issue to the file of the CIT(A) for verification of the details furnished by the Assessee seeking to explain the credits for the purposes of Section 68 of the Act. '

5. Considering that the impugned order is one of remand, it does not raise any substantial question of law.

6. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
