% 09.12.2016 Since learned counsel for the petitioner raises a dispute with regard to the computation of the salary due and payable to the petitioner in accordance with the 6th Pay Commission, on the suggestion of Mr.Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before Mr.R.S.Purba, Office Superintendent, DSGMC Office, Mata Sundri College on 20th December, 2016 at 11.00 AM.

In the event, the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision, the respondent-school is directed to refer the outstanding issues to the concerned Zonal Officer of the Director of Education, who in turn, is directed to take a decision after hearing both the parties. With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
