2. Since Justice. S.K. Mahajan, the sole Arbitrator appointed by this Court by its order dated 17th March 2015 in Arb.P. 135 of 2015 has expired, the present petition has been filed seeking the appointment of another Arbitrator.

3. Notice. Ms. Purnima Maheshwari, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent. She has no objection to the Court appointing an Arbitrator.

4. The Court accordingly appoints Justice Dilip Raoshaeb Deshmukh, a former Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, residing at B-171, First OMP (T) (COMM.) 79 of 2016

Floor, Sector-44, Noida as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator will proceed from the stage at which the proceedings were when the previous Arbitrator expired. The terms of the learned Arbitrator will be in accordance with those prescribed by the Respondent for its panel arbitrators.
