Bail Appln. 2202/2018 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant are neighbours. Present FIR has been filed as a counter blast to the earlier FIRs filed by the relatives of petitioner against the husband of complainant. Learned APP submits that in all six FIRs have been lodged by the complainant and petitioner's relatives against each other.
Keeping in mind the facts and circumstance of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to
the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
