% 01.12.2016 Petitioner and respondent no.2 are living in the same locality. On the complaint of respondent no.2, FIR No.190/2013 under Sections 354A/506/354D IPC was registered at police station Jagat Puri. It is submitted that respondent no.2 and petitioner have settled their disputes amicably.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner, on her own free will and without any undue force, coercion and influence. She further submits that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts that parties have settled their disputes

amicably and respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.190/2013 under Sections 354A/506/354D IPC registered at police station Jagat Puri and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
