% 12.07.2017 The matter has been settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The respondent has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.6,25,000/- towards settlement of all claims of the petitioner in the manner as stated in paragraph 6 (ii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.04.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the present petition in terms of the said settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The respondent shall be bound by the said settlement. In case the payment is not so made as per the terms settled, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive this petition.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
