Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that the I.A. 13938/2017 & I.A. 13940/2017 has been filed but Kohinoor Power Pvt. Ltd. has gone in liquidation and the plaintiff has filed a plaint before the Liquidator. The Suit is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

In view of the submissions made, the Suit is permitted to be withdrawn.
