% 02.03.2016 After hearing Mr Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant-Devender as well as Mr Nayak, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and in view of the communication dated 17.02.2016 received from the District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardoom Courts, Delhi, the latter is granted an extension of two months from the next date of hearing, i.e., 03.03.2016 to conclude the subject trial. It is further directed that the matter be taken up on a day-to-day basis as expressed in the said communication dated 17.02.2016 by the concerned court.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District & Sessions Judge for information and compliance.
