% 01.05.2017 IA No.1118/2017 By this application request is made for return of the original Award dated 1.11.2014 to the Decree Holder after taking photocopy of the Award. On 22.3.2017 this court had directed that the original Award be returned to the Decree Holder to enable him to take appropriate steps for enforcement of the Award. The present petition was disposed of permitting the decree holder to take steps for enforcement of the Award before the court within whose jurisdiction the properties of the judgment debtor are located. The Registry of this court has put up a note stating that record of this court reveals that no such Award has been filed in this case so far. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to elaborate as to in whose possession the original Award would be. There is no purpose served in keeping the present application pending. Same is disposed of.
