% 03.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition since it has become infructuous, FIR No. 720/2015 having been registered on 03.06.2015 by police station Uttam Nagar pursuant to the order which is impugned here, petitioner reserving the right to challenge the FIR on merits by independent proceedings.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim orders are vacated.
