% 21.07.2017 Ld. counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the building plan was sanctioned on 10.1.2017 for the purpose of construction of stilt, ground floor, first floor and second floor and for the deviation/unauthorized construction carried out, the property was booked on 28th March, 2017.

It is also stated that the demolition order was passed on 28th April, 2017 and sealing action has also been taken. It is also stated that for the deviation, the respondent no.3 has made an application for regularisation. In the given circumstances, the petition does not survive and is dismissed accordingly. A. K.
