% 24.07.2017 Mr. Mukesh Gupta, on instructions, submits that the property upto the fourth floor was booked on 8th November, 2016 and demolition order was passed on 22nd November, 2016. It is also stated that the shops on the ground floor were sealed on 23rd May, 2017 and the demolition action is scheduled for 21st to 23rd August, 2017.
