% 17.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the order dated 12th January, 2016 passed by the Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 5537/2014, present petitioner is similarly placed as that of the petitioner in W.P.(C) 6289/2015, viz. Praveen Pilaniya, a student of M.V.Sc.

W.P.(C) 6290/2015

In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Supreme Court, respondent no. 1-ICAR is directed to regularize the admission granted to the petitioner therein, viz. Anurag to the M.V.Sc. (Animal Sciences). With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition and pending applications are disposed of.
