% 16.11.2018 Para 8 of the interim order dated 23rd March, 2017 is confirmed and the appeal is disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the guidelines be laid down for the Trial Courts for protection of the immediate family members of the disabled persons like the appellant's husband. It is submitted that vide order dated 23rd March, 2017, this Court had appointed an amicus curiae who has submitted the brief note of submissions along with the relevant judgments.

List for consideration of the suggestions of the learned amicus curiae on 15th March, 2019.
