% 21.02.2018 C.M.No.5618/2018(for disposal) This is an application filed by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has prayed for disposal of the present petition in terms of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No.760763/2016 titled as Arvind Bairwa & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors on 06.03.2017. Notice of the application was issued on 13.02.2018 when the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 had accepted notice and had stated that they do not oppose the present application. Today, Mr.Sanjay Kr.Tyagi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 appears and fairly concedes that the present case is covered by

the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C)No.760-763/2016. He further submits that the registration of students from Sriganganagar Veterinary College has already been done and in view of the fact that the petitioner has graduated from the same college, he assures the Court that the respondent no.3 will issue registration certificate to the petitioner or give appropriate instructions to the State Veterinary Council to do the needful in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C)No.760-763/2016. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. W.P.(C) 6293/2015 In view of the orders passed in CM No.5618/2018, which has been allowed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 either itself issue the registration certificate to the petitioner or give appropriate instructions to the Rajasthan State Veterinary Council, to do the needful within a period of 6 weeks.
