% 19.01.2018 In spite of opportunity granted, the respondent has not filed its reply.

The petitioner by way of this petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- a) Issue interim orders restraining the Respondent from interfering with the possession of the Applicant over the swimming pool and gymnasium constructed by the applicant on BOT basis in Rohini, Sector- 25, Kendriya Vidhyalaya, Delhi and from interfering in any manner in the operation of the said swimming pool and the gymnasium by the Applicant; b) Stay the operation of effect of letter dated 01.05.2017 and letter dated 23.06.2017 as passed by the Respondent. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the representation dated 12th January, 2018 filed by the petitioner is under consideration and the respondent shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner during the pendency of such representation.

The petition is disposed of recording the above statement of the counsel for the respondent.
