Counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal, but is given liberty as prayed to file an application for clarification or modification etc. of the judgment dated 18.12.2015/4.1.2016 in the case titled as Smt. Shammo Vs. Dharmender Kumar and M/s Oriental Insurance Company Limited, inasmuch as, it is found that it is not clear in the judgment dated 18.12.2015/4.1.2016 as to whether only the employer/respondent no. 1 was liable or it was also the insurance company/respondent no. 2 in the claim petition which was liable. 2.

The present appeal is accordingly disposed of but with the aforesaid liberty.
