% 06.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain action/inaction on the part of the respondent authority. His grievance is qua the letter dated 03.04.2013 vide which his application seeking allotment of alternate plot was dismissed. He had made a representation dated 19.06.2014. His grievance is that the same has not been answered. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2014 is already pending before the Department, the Department shall answer it in accordance with law which will also deal with the contentions raised in the present petition and preferably within a period of four months from today.

Petition disposed of.
