This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 28th January, 2017 of the Court of Administrative Civil Judge (ACJ), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi of dismissal of an application filed by the petitioner for summary dismissal of a petition filed by the respondent no.1 Surender Kumar Arora for Succession Certificate of Debts and Securities left by his brother Satish Kumar Arora who has died intestate without wife and children and whose siblings would admittedly in law be his legal heirs.

After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners withdraws the petition.
