1. This appeal has been filed against an interim order dated 14th November, 2016 whereby the learned Arbitrator declined to grant any interim relief by way of restraining the Respondents from proceeding with the Premier Badminton League („PBL‟) (earlier known as Indian Badminton League) for the second season.

2. The Court is informed that the final arguments are being addressed before the learned Arbitrator and, in all probability, an Award will be pronounced by 30th April, 2017. The outer time limit in any event is 13th May, 2017. It is further pointed out that the next PBL would be held by the end of this year. Therefore, there is no occasion at this stage for the Court to observe anything or pass any orders in that regard.

3. All the contentions of the parties are left open to be urged in the course of the final arguments, which are already underway.

4. The Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this appeal and it is disposed of as such.
