No.6312/2018 in ARB.P.576/2015 These applications have been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the abovementioned petitions with liberty to file such other appropriate proceedings as may be open to the petitioner in law. Without making any comments on the contents of the applications, applications are allowed, petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim order dated 06.07.2015 shall continue for a further period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with respect to the merits of the petitions or the contents of the present applications.

The original documents filed by the petitioner may be returned to the petitioner after keeping the certified copies of the same on record.

The date fixed as 10.05.2018 before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) stands cancelled.
