1. Counsel for the Respondent, at the outset states that this Court rejected the appeal preferred by the Revenue raising the same issues in respect of the assessment year 2009-10 in ITA No. 524/2018 decided on 02.05.2018. Counsel for the Appellant does not dispute this position. She however states that the Revenue reserves its right to challenge the order passed in ITA No. 524/2018 before the Supreme Court.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal does not survive and the same is dismissed.
