% 22.11.2017 Present suit has been filed for mandatory injunction and for production of documents. In a subsequent suit being CS(OS) No.3449/2015 filed by the defendants against the present plaintiff, the plaintiff herein has filed a counter-claim. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that whatever documents he requires from the defendants herein, he shall pray for the same in CS(OS) No.3449/2015.

Consequently, the present suit is disposed of as withdrawn. However, this Court clarifies that the present withdrawal of suit is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either of the parties and any application filed by the plaintiff herein shall be considered in accordance with law.
