W.P.(CRL) 3476/2016 Issue show cause notice to the respondents. Learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice for R-2 to 4. Petitioner no.1 has married petitioner no.2 against the wishes of her parents. Petitioners have married in Arya Samaj Tigri Marriage Mandal (Regd.). Petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection. It is alleged that father of petitioner no.1 has threatened the petitioners with

dire consequences. Father of petitioner no.1 has also threatened the parents of petitioner no.2.

In these facts and circumstances, writ petition is disposed of with direction to SHO PS Saket to ensure the safety of the petitioners. Dasti.
