% 28.09.2015 Crl. M.A.14203/2015 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 10.7.2015 passed by this Court whereby he was directed to be released on parole for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties; one such surety to be the brother of the petitioner to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the brother of the petitioner is not in talking terms with him and is therefore not willing to stand as a surety. The petitioner has further submitted that his cousin, who stood as surety on earlier occasion is ready for becoming a surety. It is further prayed that the number of sureties be reduced to one.
Considering the afore stated facts, the order dated 10.7.2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioner be released on parole for a month from the date of his release subject to furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount, who would be the cousin of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The other terms and conditions imposed by the order dated 10.7.2015 shall continue.
Application is disposed of.
