O R D E R

% 02.12.2015 Crl. M.A.16855/2015 in W.P.(Crl.)1368/2015 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 07.08.2015 passed by this Court whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on parole on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, one such surety to be a close family member. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the long incarceration of the petitioner and straightened financial circumstances, he has not been able to avail of the aforesaid order. He has, therefore, prayed that the amount of surety be reduced from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.5,000/- and number of sureties be reduced from two to one. Considering the financial circumstances of the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner could not avail of the order passed by this Court, the order dated 07.08.2015 is modified to the extent stated below. The petitioner shall be released on his furnishing a bond in the sum of

Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, for a period of 30 days from the date of his release. The other conditions imposed by order dated 07.08.2015 shall subsist. The Trial Court shall insist for one surety to be a close family member of the petitioner.

The order dated 07.08.2015 is modified to the extent stated above. The application is disposed of accordingly.
