% 11.08.2015 Mr.Ajay Verma, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to prefer a fresh petition for parole before the competent authority as his father is 86 years of age and requires medical attention as also for reconnecting social ties. When such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of a fortnight by the competent authority.
