% 31.01.2018 The captioned company petition has been preferred against the respondent company which is also a respondent in Co.Pet.No.986/2016. Learned counsel for the O.L. informs me that Co.Pet.No.986/2016 was admitted on 3rd February, 2017.

In these circumstances, this company petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioning creditor to file its claim with the O.L. in the prescribed form i.e., Form 66 within three weeks of the claims being invited by the O.L.
