% 10.08.2017 Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the Office Report states that judgment debtors are no longer residing at the given address. He submits that petitioner is presently not in possession of the fresh address of respondents. He seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to move a fresh petition as and when fresh addresses/whereabouts of respondents are located.

Granting leave and liberty to the petitioner as sought for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
