Delhi Cantt., New Delhi.) At request of Mr. R.S. Kundu, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the State, in order to enable him to place on affidavit a status report, in relation to the conduct of the subject investigation in FIR No. 666/2014 under Section 307/302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Delhi Cantt., New Delhi; the hearing of the application is adjourned.

Let the said status report be filed within a period of two weeks from today, with an advance copy to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner, who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, before the next date of hearing.
