After some arguments counsel seeks leave to withdraw the appeal wanting it to be observed that the objections filed to the award by the respondent would be decided on merits and such pleas which are available to the appellant in opposition would be considered. 2.

Needless to state the objections to the award have to be decided on merits for which the appellant can raise all pleas sustainable in law. Observing as above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. PRADEEP NANDRAJOG, J.
