% 14.07.2017 Petitioner no.1 is husband of respondent no.2; whereas petitioner nos. 2 to 5 are relatives of petitioner no.1. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have resolved their differences and have started living together. It is prayed that FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Awadh Kumar of police station Bindapur.

She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

She also admits that she is living with the petitioner no.1 happily. She submits that she does not want to pursue the

FIR any further.

Keeping in mind that both husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) have ironed out their differences and have started living together, it would not be advisable to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1507/2015 under Sections 498A-/34 IPC registered at police station Bindapur and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
