The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.431/2014 registered under Sections 365/302/201/120B/34 IPC at PS Nihal Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2014. All the material prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The case of the prosecution is based upon circumstantial evidence. 3.

The co-accused Sukhpreet Singh @ Bunty with somewhat similar role has already been admitted to bail by this court by an order dated 13.12.2017. On parity, another co-accused Joga Singh has since been admitted to regular bail by the Sessions Court by an order dated 23.12.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court and shall deposit his passport (if any) in the Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.

6.

Trial Court record be sent back forthwith.
