% 08.10.2018 CA No. 779/2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 17.07.2018, the Registry has taken a report from UCO Bank, Delhi High Court who have confirmed that they can remit Euros as noted in the last order of this court to the petitioner's account abroad.

The Registry may transfer the amount lying deposited in court to the petitioner's account details of which are given in para 10 of CA No. 779/2018.

The application stands disposed of.
