Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition stating that the petitioner intends to seek review of the impugned order dated May 11, 2015 for the reason facts concerning computation of limitation were not properly drawn to the attention of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and this has resulted in an incorrect order being passed. 2.

We dismiss the writ petition as not pressed observing that if the petitioner seeks review of the order dated May 11, 2015 the same shall be decided as per law and as regards delay in seeking review, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal shall take cognizance of the fact that instant writ petition filed on July 15, 2015 was listed before the Bench on July 17, 2015 when W.P.(C) 6756/2015

notice to show cause was issued and today the writ petition is being withdrawn.
