% 20.03.2017 The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks a direction to respondent to allot a chamber in his name at Rohini Courts Complex as per the Rohini Chamber (Allotment & Occupancy) Rules, 2011. It is contended that the said Rules have been interpreted by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 12.05.2016 in LPA 408/2014 tilted Ashok Kumar vs. The Hon'ble District Judge, Rohini District Court.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner in terms of the Rohini Chamber (Allotment & Occupancy) Rules, 2011, as interpreted by the judgment of the Division Bench dated 12.05.2016. WP(C) 11852/2016

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Needless to state that the petitioner will have the liberty to take remedies in law, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any further orders of the respondents.
